lol sure! it’s simple!
- 1 can (i think 15oz) whole peeled san marzano tomatoes
- small white onion, diced
- a ton of garlic (i mean this depends on your preference)
- a ton of fresh & dried basil
- salt & pepper to taste
- optional: red pepper flakes
in a saucepot i spray some olive oil, and put the onion in, let it start to cook down. then add the garlic. once they’re both golden i dump in the can of tomatoes & use my potato-masher to break up the tomatoes. add the basil, salt & pepper and red pepper flakes. cover and turn the flame to low & let it simmer for an hour or two.
